rental, check first to see if there is a pet deposit required as a term ofyour lease. Some deposits are refundable, others aren’t … so, read the terms of your lease carefully.

It’s also a good policy to be a good neighbor. Keep your pet under control, clean up after them and properly clean your unit when moving to a new location.
