Local Planning Agency - Required by Florida's Growth Management Act, the Local Planning Agency is a lay board that makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners regarding changes to the Comprehensive Plan, Future Land Use, the Land Development Code, etc.

Planning Review Committee - The Planning Review Committee is comprised of County staff charged with reviewing zoning and land use proposals, etc., with applicants in order to develop recommendations to present to the Local Planning Agency for consideration.
