The proposed project involves the redevelopment of approximately 96 acres, which was formerly a golf course, into a single-family detached residential community with up to 273 homes and typical residential supporting uses, such as internal streets, stormwater retention/detention/treatment, environmental mitigation and/or floodplain compensation areas, and a linear greenway/trail system.
Location and Map
The project site is located in unincorporate Seminole, west of 113th Street North and south 66th Avenue N, adjacent to Boca Ciega Bay and Millennium Park.
