County's Geographic Information System (GIS) – Information Technology - The Pinellas County GIS Division provides advanced geospatial technology tools and data to a wide range of Pinellas County government departments, agencies and citizens. The County’s GIS data repository includes countywide high definition aerial images, road network, property and parcel fabric, land use, zoning evacuation levels and demographic data. A wide range of commercial GIS desktop tools are made available for use by County employees. Citizens are able to access the County’s GIS resources via the County’s website at: http://gis.pinellascounty.org. Recommended audience: Adults

County Public Safety Trunked Radio and Data System - Emergency
Communications/Radio Systems - The Pinellas County Public Safety/800 MHZ Radio and Data System employs state-of-the-art technology and equipment and provides communications for all public safety agencies in Pinellas County. The system consists of ten operational sites interconnected by a digital microwave system, providing countywide coverage using hand-held radios. Learn how this system benefits all Pinellas County residents. Recommended audience: Please specify the age of the audience as the presentation can be tailored to any age group.
