Free Foreclosure Workshop: Saturday, October 18 in St. Petersburg
Hosted by Pinellas County and the Cities of St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Largo
If you are currently in danger of foreclosure, or think you may be, you are invited to attend a free one-day Foreclosure Prevention Workshop at the Coliseum in St. Petersburg. The Coliseum is located at 535 Fourth Avenue North. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the workshop will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. more>> 
HFA Meets with Lenders on New 2008-A Homebuyer Program
The Pinellas County Housing Finance Authority (HFA) is planning to kickoff its new 2008-A First Time Homebuyer bond program. Lenders participating in the HFA First Time Homebuyer Program were invited to attend a breakfast meeting on September 9, 2008 with the HFA staff and its professional team members.

and purchase price limits for homebuyers who
purchase a home in one of the HFA target areas.

footing.

This Authority remains passionately dedicated to providing financing that meets
the affordable housing needs of this community. Operation
Kickstart, offers interest free builder loans to spur construction in targeted
areas; developer loans can help fill financing gaps for multifamily
projects, and other loans which can be as specialized as a bridge loan to
