 Pinellas County Purchasing - Consultants Competitive Negotation Act (CCNA)

Consultant Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) Report 10-16-2009

Effective October 1, 2009 the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) process moved under the direction of the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department.

The process under the Purchasing Department is being developed.  The website will be updated in the near future.

Vendor Registration for CCNA:

The Pinellas County Purchasing Department will not pre-certify firms for CCNA solicitations.  We are developing an Information Registration Form to be completed and returned to Purchasing to be entered into a database that will allow vendor notification of solicitations.  

Solicitations of $100,000 and over will be posted on our website under “Current Bids”. This site will lead you to DemandStar for obtaining a solicitation.  Use the following URL to get started by registering with DemandStar http://www.demandstar.com/register.rsp to be able to download solicitations.
