The mission of the Small Business Enterprise Program (SBEP) is to draft a partnership between Pinellas County's Economic Development and Purchasing Department to assist small businesses in improving participation in the competitive process for County contracts.

The results of the SBEP will assure taxpayers and the local business community that there is a system in place that assures opportunity for business assistance and contract opportunities for small businesses to conduct business with Pinellas County.
