Community Development also works with neighborhoods to sustain their viability and character by providing access to the resources and services available through their County Government. Employer Assisted Housing - Community Development - Employers can work with Pinellas County to assist employees with workforce housing. Recommended audience: Adults

Home Buying! It Takes Planning Ahead - Community Development - You can achieve your dream of owning your own home with affordable, first-time home-buyer programs made available by tax-exempt bonds issued through the Pinellas County Housing Finance Authority. Recommended audience: Adults
