The YMCA at Lealman Exchange serves as a resource center for our community by providing programs and services for all ages. This space is also home to the Lealman YMCA Preschool Academy, hosting 130 youth from infancy through VPK. AmSkills hosts 1-day Manufacturing Career Discovery Workshops and 2-week Manufacturing Skills Bootcamps at the Lealman Exchange. Participants learn how to transition existing skills or learn new ones for the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. The1-day "hands on" workshop allows participants to work as a team to build the "Eiffel Tower", while learning about the many exciting career opportunities in the manufacturing industry. Those participating in the 1-day workshop are then invited to attend a 2-week Manufacturing Skills Bootcamp! The 2-Week Bootcamp consists of multiple hands-on projects, blueprint and measurement reading, intro to soldering, attending tours of local manufacturers and obtaining an OSHA Safety Certificate. Participants also learn "soft skills" such as how to prepare for job interviews. All participants who successfully complete the 2-week Skills Bootcamp receive a Certificate of Completion and are guaranteed a job interview with participating manufacturing employers on the last day, and those who are offered employment have the opportunity to start work within two weeks!
The Broach School was started in 1973 to meet the ever-increasing need for quality personalized instruction. The School was founded to help students who were getting lost in overcrowded classrooms by giving each one the personal attention of their teacher.
Excellerated Teaching Center is a therapeutic company dedicated to serving the Tampa Bay area. We specialize in providing individualized treatment packages to target the behavioral, social, educational, and developmental needs of our families. We serve the needs of clients through age 21 in home, clinical, educational, and community settings.
Gulfcoast Legal Services, Inc. (GLS) is dedicated to serving vulnerable individuals… those living in poverty, low-wage workers, persons with disabilities, veterans, the homeless, the LGBTQ community, victims of domestic violence or human trafficking, and the elderly. GLS offers high quality, comprehensive civil legal services, which are provided by Florida Bar licensed attorneys.

The Florida Small Business Development Center (FSBDC) at Pinellas County’s Lealman Exchange (LEX) Community Center helps existing and emerging businesses in Pinellas County, through no-cost confidential business consulting, information, and low-cost training. Whether starting, buying, growing or selling a business, the Florida SBDC consultants can assist entrepreneurs in a variety of business areas, including marketing, business certification, capital access, market diversification, developing strategic business plans, export services, and web optimization.

The UF/IFAS Extension Family Nutrition Program (FNP) helps limited resource families in Florida access more nutritious food choices on a budget and adopt healthier eating and physical activity habitsto reduce the risk of obesity and chronic disease. FNP also porvides free resources for local organizaions to support and promote healthy eating and physical activitiy in their communities.
