Project ID# 002102A
Haines Bayshore Road, from the Pinellas Trail to Rainbow Boulevard, Clearwater
Pinellas County Public Works, through the county's Capital Improvement Program, completed sidewalk improvements on Haines Bayshore Road in Clearwater. The project included the design and construction of new ADA-compliant sidewalks, curb ramps, and driveways with an unpaved shoulder and sidewalk along the south side of Haines Bayshore Road. The sidewalk is 10-feet wide from west of Cardinal Drive to the western entrance of Clearwater Central Catholic High School, and 5-feet wide from Oak Street N. to Sunrise Boulevard.
The completed project provides connectivity between the residential neighborhoods, Clearwater Central Catholic High School and the Pinellas Trail/Duke Energy Florida Trail making a safe pathway for pedestrians and bicyclists.
